If you have made arrangements to come to use please ignore the mobile portions of this email but other stipulations do apply.
If you are dropping of your pet for boarding this email is only a reminder of date and time and pickup time as we don’t offer a traditional drop off grooming service and any pet left 10 min beyond pickup time will be put in daycare at an additional charge. For any questions call 256-738-7297 if no answer leave a message as cannot hear phone if in kennel or if grooming I don’t usually have phone with me. New Studio Phone Number is 205-364-7297 land line voip phone that only rings in the studio if your coming here for grooming and cannot reach me on other numbers.
Please note that we ask for a + or – 30 min grace period to arrive at your location for mobile grooming as traffic and directions can delay us. If you need to contact us by phone please call cell 256-486-1012. don’t text as this function is disabled when driving and leave a voice mail message if no answer a we cannot always here the phone if were grooming a pet you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please let us know if your need to cancel at least 48 hours and not less than 12 hours. No Shows at studio or cancellations day of appointment, other than for an emergence or sick or injured pet, or not at home for appointment that have not contacted us to arrange access to pet or pets so that they may be groomed will be charged 50% of total grooming charge including convenience fee which may be required before a new appointment will be scheduled as we are unable to fill an appointment that is canceled on that same day it is scheduled and it makes it harder to keep schedule appointments with other clients that have appointments for that day. We offer individualized attention to each client and their pet or pets by appointment only and it costs us money when a cancellation happens especially after confirmation of appointment is made.
